Action excavator 1.5 mm is used for outer cavity margin’s horizontal filling. Other uses include removing granulation tissue in flap operations, apical resections and extractions. It is also used in Periodontics for depuration of furcation’s, concave root grooves and removing calculus from areas that are hard to reach such as lower anterior lingual surfaces
